Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking Residential Assistant Site Managers in Gowanda, Hamburg, Buffalo, Tonawanda, and Amherst.

These roles are primarily second shift with one weekend day, and may involve various responsibilities at multiple sites. You will support the Site Manager, coach Direct Support Professionals, ensure training, safety, and regulatory compliance, and help with scheduling, documentation, and PMF-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and write case notes and follow written directions.
• Ability to self-initiate, organize, schedule and analyze tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with day-to-day operations and support DSPs.
• Provide on-site training, coaching and mentoring to DSPs.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift assignments to maintain safety and staffing.
• Deliver basic housekeeping, cooking, laundry and daily activities support as needed.
• Provide transportation to individuals when necessary.
• Stay informed on NYS OPWDD regulations to advocate for individuals.
• Review and ensure documentation for billing is complete and accurate.
• Maintain inventory for new entrants including furniture, linens and personal hygiene.
• Audit weekly site needs, supplies, repairs and vehicle issues.
• Help staff implement behavioral plans and interventions.
