Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking a Residential Site Manager to oversee daily operations across several Western New York sites including Gowanda, Hamburg, Buffalo, Tonawanda and Amherst.

The role supervises staff, coordinates scheduling, and ensures safety and compliant service delivery. Starting salary is $70,720 annually, with potential for a higher rate based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years of Full-Time OPWDD residential experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in related human services field.
• Leadership training may be required via agency.

Responsibilities

• Acts as leader and mentor within the department; models ethical decision making.
• Models and promotes Person Centered Planning; supports individuals' dreams and goals.
• Hires, orients, trains, and supervises site staff; assesses service delivery.
• Coordinates scheduling and assignment of site staff to ensure safety and staffing.
• Provides transportation to individuals when necessary; assists with daily activities.
• Disposes medications with clinical staff coordination; maintains med logs and records.
