Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and three years of social or direct care experience in a human service setting, with one year in a lead/supervisory role.
• One year of experience at the lower-level Client Support Worker 3 or equivalent position is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations at the residential site and guides staff to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Schedules staff to ensure 24-hour coverage and minimizes overtime where possible.
• Trains, counsels, and evaluates subordinate staff per agency procedures.
• Maintains accurate time records, leave balances, and payroll-related documentation.
• Participates in treatment planning and coordination with other service providers.
• Writes progress notes and maintains site records for licensure and accreditation.
• Represents the site in meetings, tours, audits, and evaluations.
• Ensures site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations.
