The role requires weekend availability, hands-on client care oversight, and collaboration with the Program Manager and nurse to plan weekly activities and enrich client participation in the enrichment center and community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ID/DD field with direct client support.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent OAC in community meetings and events.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative work environment for staff.
• Communicate plans of care to on-site teams.
• Manage supply inventories and budgeting.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per facility standards.
• Attend safety committee and incident management meetings.
• Provide site coverage as needed and coordinate with programs.
