Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with ID/DD clientele preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Open Arms Care professionally with clients and in the community.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and coordinate staff engagement.
• Communicate plans of care to work teams on site.
• Weekly inventory updates and supply management.
• Maintain safe, clean living/working environment per safety standards.
• Ensure documentation review and quality across records.
