Job summary

Talent-Curve is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee multiple residential developments in Co. Wicklow. You will manage day-to-day on-site operations, guarantee safety, quality, and adherence to programme and budget, and coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.

The role requires proven on-site leadership, a construction qualification, and familiarity with Irish regulations. A strong track record of delivering housing schemes is essential and there are clear opportunities for long-term

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential developments on time and to high quality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities from groundworks through to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and maintain programme delivery.
• Maintain exceptional quality control across all phases.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
• Oversee site logistics and resolve technical issues promptly.
