Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a large residential RC Frame project in Bedfordshire. The role focuses on managing the RC Frame package, chaperoning the construction programme, and coordinating on-site labour and subcontractors.

The candidate should have proven RC Frame experience on similar multi-storey schemes and hold CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid qualifications where possible. Immediate start with on-site duties and client liaison.

Senior Site Manager - RC Frame - Immediate Start

Job Description

An experienced Senior Site Manager is required for a large new build RC Frame residential project in Bedfordshire. The scheme is well under way with piling contractors currently on site. Overall project completion is scheduled for 2028 and will provide over 250 new apartments for private / affordable sale. An out on site Senior Site Manager is required to manage the RC Frame package. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar multi storey RC Frame of at least £5m in value. It is also essential that the Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.

Role/duties

Reporting to a site based Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
