Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations
• Assist individuals with daily activities, community events, and provide general supervision and care
• Provide staff supervision and manage daily work schedule and household maintenance
• Assist Coordinator with ISP Development and Implementation
• Maintain accurate financial records, including grocery funds and individual spending money
• Ensure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention, and maintain accurate medical documentation with MCS policy and DDS regulations
• Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis
• Ensure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

Full Time supervisory position working at 24 hr site providing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities who also have medical & behavioral needs. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Hours:

40 Hours Full Time - 20 Hrs Direct Care & 20 Hrs Admin
