Job summary

Multicultural Community Services of the Pioneer Valley Inc. in the Springfield/Westfield area is seeking a Residential Assistant Residential Site Manager for a 24-hour site.

This full-time supervisory role involves caring for individuals with medical and behavioral needs, with 40 hours weekly (35 direct care, 5 admin). Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, ISP development support, maintaining medical records per DDS regulations, and ensuring routine and emergency medical

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR, Medication Certification required or current.
• Safety Care training and knowledge of Positive Behavior Support.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations.
• Assists individuals with daily activities, community events, and provides general supervision and care.
• Provide supervision and work schedule for staff and daily upkeep of household.
• Assist Coordinator with ISP Development and Implementation.
• Maintain accurate financial records including grocery funds and individual spending money.
• Ensure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention and maintain medical documentation per MCS policy and DDS regulations.
• Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regular basis.
• Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner.

Residential Assistant Residential Site Manager

Location: Springfield & Westfield locations

Responsibilities: Full Time supervisory position working at 24 hr. site providing care and support to individuals with medical & behavioral needs. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Hours: 40 Hours Full Time - 35 hrs Direct Care & 5 hrs Admin

• Ensure individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention, and maintain accurate medical documentation with MCS policy and DDS regulations.

• Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Insure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.
