In this role, you will work on residential site development projects, assisting with design, technical documentation, and feasibility studies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in residential or site development, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and be on the path to PE licensure. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience specializing in residential or site development projects.
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) with a clear path toward PE licensure.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and preparation of residential site development projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Develop feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and early project planning materials.
• Perform stormwater modeling, grading, and drainage design for developments.
• Coordinate with internal MSG teams including Surveying, Geotechnical, and Construction Services.
