Qualifications
5-8 years of experience specializing in residential or site development projects.
EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) with a clear path toward PE licensure.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the design and preparation of residential site development projects.
Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and construction documents.
Develop feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and early project planning materials.
Perform stormwater modeling, grading, and drainage design for developments.
Coordinate with internal MSG teams including Surveying, Geotechnical, and Construction Services.
