• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and assign by priority.
• Supervise staff and review completed work.
• Perform maintenance requiring high skill level.
• Coordinate with Bureau of Plant Management on daily operations and emergencies.
• Monitor heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Develop correction plans after inspections and drills.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
