The role emphasizes safety, rights protection, and collaboration with a team to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans while maintaining compliant, person-centered care. Requires driving and background check.

Qualificações

• Must successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in human services preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals are protected.
• Supervises and maintains a positive team of staff providing supports and oversight.
• Provides training and constructive feedback through positive interactions and mentoring.
• Ensures implementation of therapy, training and behavior programs and data collection.
• Maintains a positive, innovative, person-centered home environment.
• Monitors compliance with agency directives, licensing standards and policies.
• Ensures homes and vehicles are well maintained and organized.
