Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements and at least 3 years driving experience
• Basic computer skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, experience in human services preferred

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or rights violations
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Supervises and mentors a team of staff providing support and interpersonal interactions
• Provides training and constructive feedback through role modeling
• Ensures implementation of therapy, training and behavior programs per plans and regulatory agencies
