Qualifications

• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• At least one year of experience in the human services field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports abuse or violations of individuals' rights.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals are protected.
• Supervises and trains a team providing support to individuals with disabilities.
• Provides training and feedback to employees.
• Ensures therapy, training and behavior programs are implemented as plans.
• Maintains compliant homes and vehicles.
• Communicates effectively with staff about medical care and services.
