Job summary

NeuSpark PDS in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking Assistant Managers for residential sites across Bay Ridge, Canarsie, Flatbush, and Red Hook. You will work in partnership with the people we support to ensure rights, health, safety and personal outcomes.

This role involves supervising DSPs, coordinating staff meetings, overseeing documentation, billing, and compliance with OPWDD. A driver’s license is required; a compassionate, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in OPWDD setting.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and criteria to be a driver for PDS.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain respectful communication with people supported, staff and community members.
• Provide emergency coverage and DSP oversight.
• Coordinate meetings, events, reviews and committees as required.
• Ensure residence is clean, safe and compliant with policies.
