Job summary

Sevita seeks a Supervisor Residential in Lilburn, GA to supervise day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support, implement programs, and coordinate Direct Care Staff schedules. You will oversee onboarding and ongoing training to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid are required.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operation.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and families.
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement satisfaction plans.
• Monitor comfort and safety ensuring regulatory compliance.
