First Resources Corp. of Centerville is seeking a full-time House Manager to oversee health and safety in residential and community settings for individuals with disabilities or chronic mental illness.

You will supervise, train, and assist residents, ensuring 24-hour support and compassionate, compliant care. The position is located in Centerville, IA, with pay ranging from $13.50 to $14.50 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation related to services provided.
• Document daily services within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Remain actively involved with individuals throughout shift.
• Advocate and offer choices that support individual rights and responsibilities.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to and address health and safety risks.
• Mentor new DSPs at a residential site.
• Complete weekly household tasks to support fluid programming.
