Job summary

Venture Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support the daily care of individuals with disabilities and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will report to the Residential House Manager and help maintain program service delivery, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP and behavior plans to reflect individual goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate with Residential House Manager.
• Communicate with families, guardians, and day programs as designated.
• Oversee household finances and monthly budget oversight.
• Ensure safety drills and DDS regulation compliance.
• Educate and supervise self-medication and daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, finances, shopping and transportation when needed.
