Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals in a residential program. The role covers daily care, supervision of Direct Support Professionals, and coordination with management to ensure quality service.

Schedule includes evenings and weekends with paid training; compensation is hourly and includes a sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes empathy, teamwork and growth opportunities within a supportive agency.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and daily car use on site.
• Schedule includes evening shifts; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments for individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate with families and day programs.
• Oversee house budget, records and monthly safety drills as required.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety checks and transportation needs for the individuals.
• Lead staff meetings and advocate for the person’s needs and goals.
