Job summary

Venture Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager. This full-time position (40 hours) offers $19.50–$21.00 per hour with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will support individuals with diverse challenges, supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance under the Residential House Manager. Key duties include developing ISP plans, coordinating finances and transportation, and guiding team

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion in daily interactions.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP plans and behavior plans for individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate daily program activities.
• Oversee finances, transportation and safety compliance for the home.
• Attend meetings with management and ensure ongoing staff training.
