Job summary

State of Washington - Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator (RSC). This role supports Supervisors and management by maintaining daily staffing levels and coordinating direct care providers and nurses using the SILAS scheduling system to ensure smooth 24/7 operations.

You will work closely with a dedicated team, uphold facility standards, assist after-hours coverage, and participate in ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with direct work experience in disability support.
• Experience with clients with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience as Attendant Counselor 3 equivalent or higher is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing levels and analyzes staffing patterns.
• Monitors overtime and compiles data for leadership.
• Ensures compliance with IC/ID standards, laws, and Fircrest procedures.
• Maintains SILAS database with current staffing information.
• Adheres to after-hours, weekend, and holiday procedures.
• Protects residents as a mandated reporter and responds to emergencies.
