This role reports to the Director of Residential Services and demands on-site leadership Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with on‑call duties. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules across service categories, maintain compliance with DDS, HUD, and other regulations, and manage reports, inventories, and incident

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a residential setting.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Pathfinder, Inc. vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist staff in training residents in independent living, home management, cooking, cleaning and socialization skills.
• Coordinate schedules for Waiver and generic service categories.
• Ensure DDS regulations and guidelines are met for the facility.
• Maintain safety and security of the facility.
• Complete monthly/quarterly reports and records (attendance, drills, maintenance).
• Oversee medication management with LPN/RN and contracted pharmacy.
• Review cases and monitor progress toward Plan of Care goals.
• Perform related duties as required.
