Qualifications

• High school or GED plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 7 to 11 months related management experience.
• Must pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train residents in independent living, home management, cooking, cleaning, and socialization using work wheel and task analysis.
• Ensure compliance with DDS regulations, guidelines, and quality of care standards.
• Assist in safety, security, and liaison with families, Case Manager, and Waiver/DDS officials.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, attendance records, drills, maintenance, and related documentation.
• Coordinate supervision of medication management and liaise with MD/LPN/RN and contracted pharmacy.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for staff, and monitor staff leave accrual.
