Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience with people who have developmental disabilities or mental illness.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and state CASAS literacy assessment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and assist Residents with ADL and daily living tasks.
• Administer medications and maintain safe living environment.
• Schedule, attend and coordinate medical appointments.
• Provide on-the-job and safety training for group home staff.
• Document services and progress in Resident files and report issues.
