• Manage all Residential Management staff.
• Ensure programs operate in compliance with licensing requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Experience in supervising and mentoring

Proficient with MS Suite of computer programs

Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
