Qualifications

• Requires pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid Driver’s License with endorsements and 3+ years driving experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with people with IDD preferred; degree in Human Service or related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise designated employees supporting individuals with IDD.
• Assist with training, documentation, and program implementation per individual plans and regulations.
• Monitor policy compliance through training and oversight.
• Provide feedback, mentor staff, and manage budgets as directed by Area Director.
• Communicate effectively in English with staff and clients regarding medical care and services.
• Recruit, orient, supervise, train, and evaluate direct reports.
