Responsibilities

• Identify and report suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Supervise and support team to provide care and oversight.
• Provide training and feedback to staff through positive interactions.
• Implement therapy, training, and data collection per plans and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a positive, activity-rich home environment.
• Ensure compliant operation of homes, vehicles and spaces.
