Job summary

The Clean Water Center, a subsidiary of AO Smith Corp., in Wisconsin, seeks a Residential Service Technician III to install, maintain and repair residential and commercial water treatment systems. This role also covers salt delivery and filter changes as needed.

Ideal candidates have mechanical, plumbing or product delivery background; water treatment experience is not required. Must work well independently, be organized, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.

The Clean Water Center is your one stop water resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind. The Clean Water Center is a subsidiary of AO Smith Corp., an industry leader and international manufacturer of water treatment and water heating equipment headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.

The Clean Water Center is currently seeking a Residential Service Technician III. This member of our team will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial water treatment systems. Other responsibilities will include salt delivery, filter changes, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on their own with little direct supervision, have great organizational skills, learn quickly, a clean driving record and be mechanically minded. It will be essential for the Service Technician to clearly and consistently communicate with customers and co-workers. This position will require heavy lifting for movement of water treatment equipment as well as carrying 50lbs salt bags repeatedly throughout the day.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical, plumbing or product delivery background. No water treatment experience is required. Experience in appliance repair/installation, vehicle repair, heating/cooling installation/repair, and water treatment installation/repair is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
