Job summary

H2O Care Partners in New York is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to service residential water systems on a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am shift. You will be the primary contact on service routes, delivering dependable workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, salt delivery, installing filtration systems, interacting with homeowners, representing the brand professionally, and managing service vehicles and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, or general mechanical trades preferred, but not required (we are willing to train candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a great attitude).
• Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a background check and provide a clean driving abstract.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required to operate company vehicles on assigned routes.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items regularly (bags of salt up to 50–80 lbs, heavy equipment, media tanks) and work comfortably in basements, crawlspaces, and utility areas.
• Professionalism & Reliability: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a high level of integrity when working independently on client properties.

• Salt Delivery & Replenishment: Transport and deliver salt products directly to residential customers, refilling brine tanks and inspecting units during visits.
• System Installation & Setup: Install residential water filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units according to standards and codes.
• Customer Interaction: Explain completed work clearly, answer questions, and demonstrate proper system operation to homeowners.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor on job sites and when operating company vehicles.
• Vehicle & Inventory Management: Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and inventory.

About The Role
