Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Service Technician to deliver quality, hands-on maintenance and outstanding customer service for our residents. You will handle work orders from start to finish, performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades while maintaining safety and high standards of service.

The role emphasizes clear communication, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• CPO Certification is desired/required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and alert managers to issues.
