The ideal candidate will have proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems and handle a variety of maintenance work orders efficiently. This role includes daily maintenance tasks, unit turns, work order response, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.

The compensation range for the position is $24 to $27 per hour, based on experience and skill level, plus quarterly bonus potential.
