ProLift Garage Doors seeks experienced Repair Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs for the greater San Antonio, Texas area. If you have prior experience working as a repair technician or in a comparable position and seek a part-time/full-time position, please apply.

Responsibilities

• Repair various types of garage doors and openers
• Choose the best solutions for each application considering safety, functionality, and performance
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on equipment

Requirements

• Experience servicing/installing garage doors, knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in residential garage door service
• Mechanical aptitude and skilled in using hand and power tools
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurability
• Basic math and legible handwriting

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching, manual dexterity, working in cramped spaces, on ladders, outdoors in various weather conditions.
