Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential HVAC field
• Great customer service
• Must care about customer property and cleanliness

Requirements

• Able to troubleshoot most systems with some guidance or able to reach out to manufacturer's tech support to determine issues and / or replace parts
• Able to lead installs of all listed residential equipment:
  • Gas (Natural & LP)
    • Furnaces (high efficiency and chimney vented)
    • Water Heaters (tankless, power vented, & chimney vented)
    • Boilers (high efficiency and chimney vented)
  • Oil (some understanding or interest to understand biofuels)
    • Furnaces
    • Boilers
    • Water Heaters
  • Electric
    • Heat Pumps (single stage / multi-stage / variable stage)
    • Mini-splits & conventional
    • Air Conditioning (single stage / multi-stage / variable stage)
    • Water Heaters (heat pump, tankless, normal tank style)
• Must possess a strong desire to be part of a service team and company that cares about you
