Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience independently running residential service calls.
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and best practices.
• Ability to identify concerns and communicate solutions clearly.
• Comfort with sales, presenting options, and recommending upgrades without high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities

• Independently run residential plumbing service calls from start to finish.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Service water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, drains, and more.
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Present repair options based on customer needs.
• Educate homeowners to enable informed decisions.
• Maintain safety, reliability, and code compliance on site.
• Document work and communicate with customers and supervisors.
