Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to independently run service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience independently running residential plumbing service calls.
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains, and other common systems.
• Ability to identify plumbing concerns and determine appropriate solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues and recommendations clearly.
• Comfort with sales and presenting options without high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities

• Independently run service calls from start to finish.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Service and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, drains, and more.
• Identify concerns and recommend solutions.
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on customer needs.
• Educate homeowners to make informed decisions.
• Be comfortable with sales and recommend appropriate solutions without high-pressure tactics.
• Maintain safety and quality while working in customers' homes.
