On Time Experts is seeking experienced Residential Service Plumbers to serve the Greater St. Louis area. Join a team transitioning from Hosack Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to On Time Experts, with year-round work and a company-provided vehicle.

Earn between $85,000 and $250,000+ annually, with performance-based earnings, ongoing training, benefits, and a supportive environment that rewards high performance.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with residential plumbing systems.
• Experience performing plumbing maintenance, repairs, and service calls independently.
• Ability to confidently communicate repair and replacement recommendations to homeowners.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners can understand.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on‑call and weekend schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls.
• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify system concerns.
• Troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, water pressure problems, and other residential plumbing concerns.
• Recommend appropriate repairs, replacements, and system improvements.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
• Complete accurate service documentation and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
