Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for residential systems.
• Ability to communicate repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform HVAC service calls, preventative maintenance, and system repairs.
• Educate homeowners by presenting repair options and explaining findings clearly.
• Take ownership of service performance and maintain accurate service records.

Skills
