Since 1983, we've earned the trust of thousands of homeowners by providing honest recommendations, dependable service, and exceptional customer care. As our plumbing department continues to grow, we're looking for professionals who want consistent work, excellent earning potential, and a team that values craftsmanship and integrity.
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, and help homeowners protect one of their most important investments. Every day brings different challenges, from repairing leaks and replacing water heaters to improving water quality and restoring plumbing system performance. You'll manage your own service calls, communicate directly with customers, and deliver solutions that emphasize quality, reliability, and long-term value.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, faucets, water lines, valves, piping, and drainage components. Install and replace traditional and tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, and other residential plumbing equipment while ensuring all work meets company standards and local code requirements. Provide homeowners with clear explanations of repair options, complete accurate digital service documentation, maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, and deliver a professional customer experience on every visit. You may occasionally assist with light HVAC-related work when needed.
We're seeking experienced residential plumbers with at least two years of service experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple service calls, and communicating professionally with homeowners. Experience servicing water heaters, tankless systems, and residential water treatment equipment is highly preferred. Applicants should have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, own basic plumbing hand tools, and be willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Dependability, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
At Horne Heating and Air Conditioning, we believe great customer service starts with taking care of our employees. We provide the training, equipment, leadership, and support our plumbers need to build successful, long-term careers while maintaining a positive work environment built on trust and teamwork.
If you're looking for a residential plumbing career that offers steady work, excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and a company that values your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
