Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to run service calls, diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, and deliver a five-star homeowner experience.

Join an established seven-plumber team serving Greater Boston and the South Shore, with hourly base pay plus performance pay and an on-target earnings range of about $35 to $60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
• Residential service experience strongly preferred.
• Clean MA driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing service calls independently from dispatch to close.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems accurately the first time.
• Present repair and replacement options based on what is right for the customer.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and set proper expectations on every job.
• Document work clearly and keep the company truck stocked and organized.
• Uphold code standards and quality workmanship on every call.

You will run residential service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and give homeowners a five-star experience.
