Job summary

Landry Mechanical in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing systems, complete service and drain cleaning calls, educate customers on repair and replacement options, and help build lasting trust.

You’ll work with a supportive, family-owned team that provides industry-leading training, tools, and clear advancement opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based pay that can reach $150,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations.
• Proven experience with soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair, and residential service plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Complete service, maintenance, and drain cleaning calls.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
• Build trust and provide exceptional customer service; Recommend appropriate solutions and financing options.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle.
• Complete accurate invoices, paperwork, and job documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and company events.
• Mentor and support apprentice plumbers.
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
