SALT Service Co in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician to join an industry‑leading team focused on white‑glove service and trusted local expert repairs. You will perform residential installations, repairs, and maintenance, explain issues to customers, and provide accurate estimates while upholding safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components.
• Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Proficient knowledge of Service Titan is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales and building electrical estimates preferred.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
   • Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
   • Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
   • Offer expert advice on energy‑efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades

   • Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
   • Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
   • Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations

SCHEDULE

• Availability to work Monday–Friday anywhere between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM (or until daily tasks are complete)

SALARY

• Performance pay plan
• Sign‑on bonus for Residential Wireman, Journeyman, and Master Electrician: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1,000 after 6 months of employment
