Responsibilities

Customer Service

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly explain recommended solutions.
Prepare accurate estimates and discuss pricing with confidence.
Educate homeowners on safety improvements, energy-saving options, and electrical upgrades.

Electrical Service

Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose electrical issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Stay current on industry standards and new technologies.

Quality & Safety

Complete every job with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license
1+ year of experience working as an Electrical Apprentice.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the past three years)
ServiceTitan experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales experience and estimating knowledge are a plus
