Volunteers of America Mid-States in Nashville, TN is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to oversee residential habilitation and supported living services. You will implement Individual Support Plans, supervise house managers, and coordinate community resources to help individuals live independently.
The role requires a BA or equivalent experience and a current Tennessee driver's license, with full-time exempt status in a mission-driven non-profit environment.

The Residential Service Coordinator is responsible for the overall services for those individuals receiving Residential Habilitation or Supported Living services from Volunteers of America. The implementation of the Individual Support Plans and the attainment of individual’s visions within their home and community environments is essential. This person will be responsible for case management and referral to resources in the community as well as direct supervision of house managers in each residential and supported living setting.
This position requires a BA degree OR an equivalent number of years of progressively more responsible direct experience with the consumer population AND a current Tennessee Driver’s License.
