Job summary

Aptivorporated in La Crosse, WI is seeking an Adult Mentor to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and with dignity in the community. You will assist with medications, meals, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.

This role focuses on companionship and socialization, supporting clients in staying healthy mentally and physically, and encouraging independence as much as possible during the overnight shift of 10pm–6am,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work between 10pm-6am and on rotating weekends
• Negative TB skin test (provided by Aptiv)
• Ability to pass a background test
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and up-to-date auto insurance
• Any previous experience is a plus but not required; extensive training will be provided.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $17.10 per hour

Shift: Overnight (10pm-6am). Rotating holiday & weekend availability required. Competitive hourly wage of $17.10 with a $1.50 shift differential for weekend shifts.
