Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a residential facility.
• Experience working with dual-diagnosed individuals, mental health, and substance abuse issues.
• Ability to climb 120 standard stairs within 2 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security around the facility.
• Control access at the main entrance by screening all clients and visitors.
• Perform regular foot patrols of the entire facility.
• Monitor video surveillance cameras.
• Document incidents and interventions performed.
