We currently seek a full-time Security Receptionist to join our Brooklyn office. The Security Receptionist (SR) will sit in the reception area of the 6th floor. This person is responsible for greeting participants, handling general reception duties including answering the phone, de‑escalating issues involving participants or staff, and ensuring a safe and calm environment for all on both company floors. They will coordinate with the 8th-floor receptionist to provide supplies to the 6th floor, answer incoming calls, and greet and direct participants. Also, in the event of an emergency, this person will work closely with the Manager of the Day to handle the incident and ensure proper communication to leadership.
This position reports on-site daily at our Brooklyn office.
$24.73 - $27.47 per hour
