Global Guardian is seeking a Residential Security Agent II (Hybrid) to provide static residential protection, physical security, and some executive protection for a designated client region. The role combines on-site duties with regional travel support.

Based in the United States, the position requires 5+ years of security experience, valid California security permits, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies while coordinating with the client and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security experience, including advanced planning, surveillance, counter-surveillance operations, and security driving.
• Experience conducting protection missions in domestic environments.
• High School diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree preferable.
• Basic medical first aid training, AED; CPR certification preferred.
• California BSIS Security Guard Permit.
• California BSIS Security Exposed Weapons Permit.
• California Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW).
• Defensive driving tactics training/experience as an executive driver.
• Working knowledge of the San Francisco, California Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection for the client during domestic or global assignments.
• Review departures, arrivals, and movements to identify threats.
• Transport client or family to events and appointments.
• Respond to emergencies with medical first aid.
• Prepare mission plans and submit reports on time.
• Maintain protective equipment and communicate vulnerabilities.
