Job summary

Global Guardian is seeking a Residential Security Agent to provide static residential protection for a client in a designated US region. The RSA will support the security team and conduct protection activities at the site, ensuring family safety and rapid response to incidents.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in executive protection, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel may be required; the role is full-time with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security experience, including 2+ years of executive protection experience.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree preferable.
• California BSIS Security Guard Permit and California BSIS Security Exposed Weapons Permit required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide static protection at a designated site.
• Manage family member safety and security precautions.
• Respond to emergencies and perform medical first aid operations.
• Deescalate tense situations during missions.
• Communicate vulnerabilities and safety concerns promptly.
• Prepare incident reports for clients and management.
• Conduct area patrols and report suspicious activity.
• Coordinate protection schedules and team assignments.
