Job summary

Global Guardian is seeking a Residential Security Agent II (Hybrid) to provide static residential protection and support executive protection for clients in the McLean, VA area. The role requires managing family safety, travel routes, and emergencies with high discretion.

Minimum 5+ years in security, with 2+ years in EP/RST, plus DCJS PPS/Armed credentials are mandatory. Salary ranges from $50.00–$55.00 per hour; location-based and 7 days/week availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of security experience with at least 2+ years in executive protection/RST.
• Experience conducting protection missions in domestic environments.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• Basic medical first aid know-how; CPR/ AED training preferred.
• DCJS PPS and Armed credentials are required; CCW and SPO licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide static protection and related duties at a designated residence.
• Review departures, routes, and emergency actions to identify vulnerabilities.
• Transport client and family to events and appointments safely.
• Deescalate tense situations and manage client safety.
• Respond to emergencies and perform medical first aid as needed.
• Communicate vulnerabilities and safety concerns promptly to management.
• Prepare reports and maintain incident documentation.
• Screen packages and visitors to ensure security.
• Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
• Operate protective equipment and communications gear including a vehicle.
• Maintain professional standards and support intelligence activities as required.
