Job summary

Global Guardian is seeking a Residential Security Agent to provide static residential protection and support the security team. You will operate at a designated site, manage family safety, and respond to emergencies with first aid capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in security with 2+ years in executive protection, a high school diploma or GED, and California BSIS permits. Occasional travel may be required; hybrid or on-site work depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of security experience with executive protection experience.
• Stable domestic security background with hospitality and client-facing duties.
• Strong communication and risk assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide static protection at designated site and manage client safety.
• Respond to emergencies with first aid operations when needed.
• Deescalate tense situations and report vulnerabilities promptly.
• Communicate with clients and management via incident reports.
• Support protection schedules and team assignments.
• Operate protective equipment and vehicles, and maintain readiness.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
